When you become a member of the Friends & Neighbors (FANS) of Putnam Memorial State Park, you become part of a group whose mission is to help maintain and promote the historical, educational and recreational values of the park.
For many supporters, membership means making a yearly contribution (see below). For some, it means attending our monthly meetings and becoming involved in the FANS committee.
Interested? We could use your help. The only qualification is that you enjoy the park and appreciate its unique historical heritage – that’s more than enough to be a great committee member.
So how do you get started? The meetings are held on the first Monday of every month at 7:00pm in the Visitor’s Center. We encourage you to attend! We do our best to make first time attendees feel welcome. E-mail us at email@example.com and we’ll be happy to answer any questions you may have.
To Become a Member or Make a Donation:
Donations in any amount are always welcome. For FANS, we have various membership levels:
|Scout||$10 (for students)|
|Loyalist||$75 (we have a non-partisan group)|
|General||$1000 (Life Membership)|
Employer charitable gift match programs will effectively double your support of Putnam Park. Gifts are fully deductible for tax purposes under section 501(c)3 of the Federal Tax Code.
